How should I wash my item?

Hand-wash your item especially if your item includes beads or accessories attached. Alternatively, you can cool wash item (15°C - 30°C max) in a washing machine. Do not wash items with other clothing. Do not tumble dry, only air dry.

How are our pieces made? 

Pieces are handmade by our small team based in Cardiff. Our pieces are created by various sewing machines.

What materials do you use? 

We use a variety of different fabrics, including ponte roma strech jersey, polyester, various denims. We source our fabrics from a variety of fabric stores based in London / Bristol, or sometimes pre-loved fabrics from charity shops across the UK.

Can I request custom pieces?

How long does it take to receive my order?

We ship items via Royal Mail, shipping lengths vary depending on uk / international shipping. Please check our shipping options at checkout!

How do I track my order?

Once posted, you will receive a tracking number via email - you can follow your order by entering this number into the Royal Mail tracking service. 

Returns

We do not take refunds due to incorrect sizing, a sizing chart is provided on the site and further questions regarding sizing can be asked via Instagram or email.
